Reserva Única is born from our own historic vineyards in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, some planted as early as 1927, where Tempranillo and Graciano reveal a singular character shaped by the Atlantic influence. Respectful viticulture and meticulous hand-tended vineyard work yield grapes of exceptional quality and balance, reflecting authenticity and a profound connection to the landscape.
The result is an elegant and vibrant interpretation of these two varieties, bringing together purity of fruit, complexity and a distinctive vineyard identity. Traditional winemaking, using indigenous yeasts and twelve months of ageing in French oak, gives rise to a wine that is poised, silky and persistent, where the freshness and structure of Tempranillo and Graciano are united by the Atlantic elegance of the Sonsierra.
